The Challenge

While supporting multiple care providers across the UK, our team (then operating as Arrive, now part of HeyHiHello) noticed the same pain point appearing again and again: care homes were losing the majority of their enquiries because their inquiry management systems were broken, outdated, or non-existent.

Families looking for care would reach out to dozens of homes — and most never received a reply. For operators, this meant missed revenue, poor data, and a poor experience for those in need of care. We knew the sector deserved better.

The Insight

Through mystery shopping over 100 care operators, we discovered a startling truth: 67% of care providers never responded to new enquiries.

This wasn’t just a tech issue — it was a human one. Families searching for care for their loved ones were left waiting. That became our north star: good care should start with Found.

The Solution

We designed and built Found, a purpose-built CRM platform for the care sector — created from the ground up to simplify enquiry capture, follow-up, and conversion.

Applying our design-thinking approach — empathise, insight, ideate, test — we delivered the full journey in-house:

  • Strategy & research – mapping the care enquiry journey from both family and provider perspectives
  • UX & product design – a clean, intuitive interface anyone could use, from receptionists to sales managers
  • Development – a scalable, cloud-based product with seamless onboarding
  • Branding & go-to-market – clear positioning and messaging built around empathy, simplicity, and measurable impact

The Impact

Since launch, Found has transformed enquiry management across the care sector:

  • 50–70% increase in conversion rates for Found partners
  • 90%+ of enquiries now receive follow-ups, compared with just 10% before
  • Full in-house build across design, dev, and marketing
  • Successfully scaled and sold in a deal valued at €1.7M ($1.65M)
