We designed, built and launched Found, a purpose-built SaaS for the UK Care Home sector.
While supporting multiple care providers across the UK, our team (then operating as Arrive, now part of HeyHiHello) noticed the same pain point appearing again and again: care homes were losing the majority of their enquiries because their inquiry management systems were broken, outdated, or non-existent.
Families looking for care would reach out to dozens of homes — and most never received a reply. For operators, this meant missed revenue, poor data, and a poor experience for those in need of care. We knew the sector deserved better.
Through mystery shopping over 100 care operators, we discovered a startling truth: 67% of care providers never responded to new enquiries.
This wasn’t just a tech issue — it was a human one. Families searching for care for their loved ones were left waiting. That became our north star: good care should start with Found.
