We helped Kerry Foods capitalise on this opportunity by launching a curated range of authentic flavours and high-quality ingredients designed specifically to save chefs time without compromising on creativity or quality. To support the launch, we created an exclusive app experience built for the chef community, giving them easy access to inspiration, product information, and practical tools. This focused digital approach generated unprecedented demand and strong engagement, positioning the range as a must-have resource in professional kitchens.

Chef’s Pass is compelling because of the sheer intensity and depth of flavour it delivers, achieved using clean, high-quality ingredients and without requiring specialist skills, complex preparation, or additional training in the kitchen. The products were designed to perform under pressure, helping chefs achieve consistent, high-impact results at speed.

For example, the onion reduction was capable of caramelising 1kg of onions in just eight minutes, dramatically reducing prep time while maintaining rich, authentic flavour. Beyond the products themselves, the accompanying app gave chefs access to a growing library of new recipes, practical ideas, and expert know-how, making it easier to experiment and get the most from the range.

As a result, Chef’s Pass took flavour to a new level, building a highly engaged community of over 30,000 chefs and capturing the attention of all major catering media outlets, cementing its position as a standout innovation in the professional foodservice space.
