In 2025, we continued our long-standing partnership with Bestway Wholesale, the UK’s largest independent food wholesaler. Having worked together for over 15 years, we’ve built a deep understanding of the brand, allowing us to deliver creative solutions that truly align with their vision.
Last year we stepped it up a notch to deliver a year’s worth of creative and impactful digital campaigns. This collaboration showcased how HeyHiHello can manage the needs of a large, fast-paced client while producing work that truly makes a difference.
Big, Bold Campaigns Over the year, HeyHiHello created and executed five major marketing campaigns for Bestway Wholesale. Each campaign ran for eight weeks, aligned with in-store promotions to ensure a cohesive experience. Our work spanned multiple formats, bringing Bestway’s brand to life across digital platforms.
Bestway Thank You Event (January): Starting the year by showing thanks to Bestway customers and brands.
Easter Campaign (March): Always an EGGscellent way to springboard sales, this is the second largest campaign after Christmas.
Euros Football Campaign (May – July): Two back-to-back campaigns leveraging football fever. We cleverly used the concept of VAR (Video Assistant Referee) to resonate with fans, replacing "Checking Possible Red Card" with "Checking Possible Deals," perfectly highlighting the Profit on Return offers.
Summer Campaign (July – September): Another two back-to-back campaigns focused on summer essentials.
Christmas Campaign (November – December): Always the biggest campaign of the year, Festive cheer brought to life with rich visuals and animations during this peak trading period.

Our partnership with Bestway went beyond campaigns. HeyHiHello provided ongoing monthly support, ensuring their digital presence remained up to date and fully optimised. This included:
Brand Pages: We created 15 brand-new pages and updated another 15 to keep Bestway’s portfolio fresh and engaging.
New Product Developments (NPDs): Designed and delivered assets for 8 product launches, including homepage takeovers, banners, and messaging across multiple platforms.
Homepage Takeovers: Produced 10 additional takeovers to support promotions outside major campaigns, ensuring a consistent drumbeat of activity.
Brochures and Flyers: Crafted 60 promotional brochures and flyers, ranging from concise 14-page editions to comprehensive 50-page collections, each tailored to specific audiences and goals.
